Our founder

Rev. Dr. Benjamin Clovis Augustin Sem Salvant

President · Minister · Educator · Jurist · Chaplain · Theologian

A life dedicated to serving God and people — marked by education, ministry, leadership, and a deep commitment to the advancement of the Gospel.

A minister, and a teacher of ministers

Rev. Dr. Benjamin Salvant has spent his life in the service of God and of people — in the pulpit, in the classroom, and at the bedside. He is a Christian minister, an educator, a jurist, a chaplain and a theologian, and the founder of the International Holiness Bible School and Leadership.

The school exists because of a conviction he has carried for many years: that called men and women in every nation should be able to receive sound biblical training without leaving their country, emptying their pockets, or studying in a language they barely read.

Educational background

His formal education began in primary school and continued through secondary school, where an early interest in learning, leadership and service took shape. He went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Religious Education, preparing him to teach the Word of God and to equip others for Christian service.

A desire for both knowledge and justice then led him to the study of law, becoming a jurist. That training shaped his understanding of justice, responsibility, human rights and leadership — and it still informs how he teaches biblical ethics and church governance today.

His theological studies continued with a Master's Degree in Theology, deepening his grasp of Scripture, Christian doctrine, ministry and spiritual leadership. He later completed a Doctorate in Theology and Christian Leadership, equipping him to train leaders, develop ministries, and give biblical guidance to the next generation of servants of God.

The path in order

  1. Primary and secondary school

The foundation of his academic training, and the beginning of a lasting interest in leadership and service.

Preparation to teach the Scriptures and equip others for Christian service.

  3. Studies in law — Jurist

Justice, responsibility, human rights and the duties of leadership.

  4. Chaplaincy

Spiritual guidance, prayer and compassionate care for people in times of need.

  5. Master's Degree in Theology

Scripture, Christian doctrine, ministry and spiritual leadership.

  6. Doctorate in Theology and Christian Leadership

Training leaders, developing ministries, and teaching the next generation.

Christian ministry

Alongside his academic work, Rev. Dr. Salvant has served as a chaplain, providing spiritual guidance, encouragement, prayer and compassionate care to people in times of need. It is work that happens away from the platform — in hospitals, in homes, in the hours when a person has nowhere else to turn — and it has shaped the kind of pastor he trains others to be.

He is also a polyglot, able to communicate in several languages. That gift has allowed him to connect with people across cultural and national backgrounds, and it is the reason this school teaches students in their own mother tongue rather than asking them to learn in someone else's.

Studies are available in all languages worldwide. Tell us the language you are most at home in, and that is the language you will be taught in.

A life of service

Education, in his understanding, is not only for personal achievement. It is for service. His background in religious education, law, languages, chaplaincy, theology and Christian leadership is not a collection of titles but a set of tools — knowledge joined to practical ministry.

His desire is to see people come to know Jesus Christ and be sanctified, churches become spiritually strong, leaders become well equipped, and communities experience the transforming power of the Gospel.

In his own words

My goal

I am so glad that I am saved and sanctified by the grace and the mercy of God. I thank God for giving me the privilege to know Him personally. He has changed my life and given me a new purpose. I have given my life to helping others experience His wonderful presence.

Jesus said that rivers of living water would flow from within those who believe in Him. My desire is to see that living water flowing in the lives of people everywhere. I want people to experience the power, love, and goodness of Almighty God. My goal is to help people around the world have a real testimony of their experience with God. I do not want people only to hear about God. I want them to know Him, trust Him, and experience His transforming grace.

It is not enough to understand the Word only with our minds. We must allow the Word of God to transform our hearts and our lives. That is why I have dedicated my life to ministry and discipleship. Through the work of the Bible school, I want to help train and prepare believers. I want to be available to disciple those who desire to grow deeper in Christ. Together, we can learn the Word and put it into practice.

My prayer is that every student will become a faithful servant of God. I believe God can use ordinary people to accomplish extraordinary things. May the Holy Spirit fill us and cause rivers of living water to flow through us. May our lives become a testimony of the goodness, grace, and mercy of Almighty God.

I am offering the lowest possible price so everyone can have the opportunity to learn the Word of God. My desire is to make biblical education accessible to all who hunger to know Him. Through this opportunity, many can be equipped, strengthened, and prepared to serve God. Together, we can help more people discover their calling and be used by God.
